Over the course of the term, participants will complete remote Project Placements with LGBTQ+-serving organizations based in Colorado. Projects are scoped for real impact in advocacy, media, community building, and research. Each week, the cohort will meet for Leadership Labs, consisting of reflection, discussion, and professional development workshops. The Labs help students translate their work into skills, language, and portfolio pieces, while building relationships with local partners ahead of the on-site immersive.
